Study on Chemical Constituents from Prunella vulgaris

目的:研究夏枯草Prunella vulgaris L.果穗中的化学成分。方法:用色谱法分离夏枯草的化学成分,用波谱法鉴定其结构。结果:从夏枯草果穗中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,其结构分别为2α,3α-24-trihydroxyursa-12-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(1),rotundic acid 28-O-α-D-glueopyranosyl(l→6)-β-D-glueopyranoside(2),槲皮苷(3),槲皮素(4),豆甾-7-烯-3β-醇(5),β-谷甾醇(6),豆甾醇(7),α-波甾醇(8)。结论:化合物1～3为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Objective：To investigate the chemical constituents from Prunella vulgaris.Method： The compounds were separated by using various kinds of chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods.Result： Eight compounds were isolated from the spikes of P.vulgaris.Their structures were established as 2α,3α-24-trihydroxyursa-12-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester（1）,rotundic acid 28-O-α-D-glueopyranosyl（l→6）-β-D-glueopyranoside（2）,quercitrin（3）,quercetin（4）,stigmast-7-en-3β-ol（5）,β-sitosterol（6）,stigmasterol（7）,α-spinasterone（8）.Conclusion： Compounds 1-3 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
