摘要
对狗脊的炮制方法,炮制对其化学成分、药理活性及临床应用的影响进行系统介绍。通过CNKI、万方等数据库以狗脊、炮制为关键词,收集文献40余篇,并查阅大量本草古籍对狗脊炮制古今研究情况进行整理归纳,古代历史沿革及近现代新的净制、切制、炮炙方法;炮制前后鞣质、酚性化合物、挥发油、甾体类、糖及糖苷类、氨基酸、无机元素、磷脂等化学成分的变化;炮制对镇痛、止血、抗炎、抗骨质疏松、抗氧化、抗血小板聚集、保肝、降血脂以及神经系统等药理作用与临床应用的影响。旨在为狗脊炮制的更进一步研究提供理论依据,同时也为狗脊资源的开发利用提供参考。
