摘要
介绍了一种基于热敏电阻功率座的对称双线结构的WRl9(40~60GHz)矩形波导微量热计的设计和修正因子计算方法。该微量热计将作为中国计量科学研究院40~60GHz微波功率基准,它能够测量比原微量热计频段更宽的传递标准的有效效率,同时给出了测量修正因子的方法。
The design and correction factor evaluation of a WR19 (40~60 GHz ) rectangular wavegnide microcalorimeter which is based on a kind of thermistance power sensor is presented. This new kind of microcalorimeter will be developed as a 40~60 GHz microwave power standard of NIM. It can measure the effective efficiency of a wider frequency range of transfer standards than that of the previous microcalorimeter. The evaluation of correction factor is also given.
