摘要
目的掌握东营地区护士对工作环境和工作的满意度情况,以及两者的关系,为提高本地区护士工作情绪,稳定护理岗位提供科学依据。方法随机抽取东营地区5所二级甲等医院760名临床护士,采用问卷方式进行调查。结果护士工作环境方面,得分最低的是文化敏感性和对实践的控制;工作满意度方面,最不满意的是福利待遇。影响护士工作环境的因素包括:领导和自主、内部工作动机、对实践的控制、工作压力和医护关系;影响满意度的个人因素包括职称、年龄、护龄。结论建议医院采取有效措施改善护士的工作环境,提高护士工作的满意度。
Objective To master the condition of work environment and job satisfaction in Dongying district, as well as the relationship between them in order to provide a scientific basis for improving the morale of nurses and stable nursing position in this region. Methods 760 clinical nurses of 5 hospitals of grade-two level in Dongying district were randomly selected. The survey was carried out with questionnaire. Results In the aspect of work environment, the lowest score was the cultural sensitivity and practice control, in the aspect of job satisfaction, the most dissatisfying was the benefits. The impact factors of work environment included leadership and autonomy, internal work motivation, control of practice, work stress and doctor-nurse relationship. The personal factors affecting satisfaction included professional title, age, working years. Conclusions It is recommended to take effective measures to improve nursing work environment to improve job satisfaction degree of nurses.
