寻常型天疱疮多个甲下出血2例

Two patients with pemphigus vulgaris associoated with subungual hemorrhage of multiple fingernails and toenails

报告2例寻常型天疱疮患者伴多个甲下出血。2例患者均为女性,年龄分别为23岁和34岁,病程分别为3个月和5年。在天疱疮病情活动和进展期,出现仅限于多个指(趾)甲近端甲皱襞、甲护皮及甲板下出血。经实验室检查,2例患者出凝血和血管系统均无明显异常。一般认为多个指(趾)甲出血是寻常型天疱疮在病情活动期特有的一种少见的临床表现。

Two patients with pemphigus vulgaris （PV） associoated with subungual hemorrhage of multiple fingers and toes are reported. Both of them were female, 23 and 34 years old, suffered from pemphigus for 3 months and 5 years respectively. During the active stage of pemphigus, they had subungual hemorrhage of multiple fingers and toes only. The system! of their blood coagulation and blood vessel were normal by a series of test reports. It is considered that the above-mentioned manifestation in pemphigus vulgaris patients is a rare clinical condition.
