炎性线状疣状表皮痣并发关节炎

Inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus associated with arthritis

报告1例炎性线状疣状表皮痣并发关节炎。患者女,24岁。因右腹部和右下肢瘙痒性带状疣状红色斑块16年,右手中指和小指近端指间关节屈曲畸形3年就诊。通过临床和皮损组织病理学检查,诊断为炎性线状疣状表皮痣,患者同时有右手指间关节损害,阅读文献确诊该例患者为炎性线状疣状表皮痣并发关节炎。

A 24-year-old female presents with severely pruritic linear verrucous plaques following Blaschko＇s lines for sixteen years, accompanied by 3-year flexion contracture of the third and fifth fight proximal interphalangeal joints. The diagnosis of inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus （ILVEN） was established by clinical pathological correlation. This is a rare case of ILVEN with arthritis.
