摘要
文章通过事业单位改革背景、图书馆功能及服务方式的变化的分析,探讨县级图书馆岗位变化的原因及方向,提出以重点业务类别定结构,以岗位定等级,促进高级别岗位向重点业务迁移的管理路径。
The article passes the analysis of the change of the business unit reform back ground, library function and service method and inquires into the reason and direction that the county class library post changes and propose with point traffic cate- gory settle structure, with the post grading, promote high class dofft post to point the traffic move of supervision path.
