摘要
高校图书馆的潜在用户是影响资源利用率的重要因素。文章着重探讨潜在用户的现状、形成原因及图书馆应采取的对措,希望为提高图书馆资源利用率提供参考。
The potential users of college library is an important factor in resource utilization. This paper discusses the current situation of the potential users, the causes, and actions college library should take, it may offer some proposals to improve the utilization of college library resources.
