摘要
一直以来,古籍修复人员青黄不接是古籍保护工作的瓶颈。为解决这一矛盾,必须改革现有人才培养模式,以适应社会的现实需求和选择,只有毕业生的专业水平合乎用人单位的选择条件才是解决人员缺乏的基准。
Temporary shortage of the talents to repair ancient books has been the bottle-neck in ancient conservations for long time. Based on this current dilemma, current educational model for the talents to repair ancient books should be modified, ai- ming to meet demand from job market. Professional knowledge of the talents to repair ancient books should meet requirement of working place. This is the only criteria for educating of ancient conservator.
