摘要
分拣出城市生活垃圾中的粗大垃圾可以避免生活垃圾环保再生煤生产线中其它设备遭到严重损坏。但目前,此分拣工作是由人工完成的。针对这一问题,文中设计了一种粗大生活垃圾分拣机构。为了正确地分析该机构的运动特性,本文首先用闭环矢量法建立了机构的位移方程、速度方程和加速度方程,然后利用SolidWorks软件和ADAMS软件建立了机构的虚拟样机模型,最后利用ADAMS软件对机构做了运动学仿真实验。实验结果表明:该机构可以成功完成粗大生活垃圾分拣工作,且运动平稳。
In the production line of transforming municipal solid waste(MSW) into industrial coal,the other machines can be prevented from damage by picking out the large and the flexible wastes.However,at present,the work of MSW sorting in the production line is done by hand.For the purpose of achieving automation of MSW sorting,a mechanism which can pick out the large and the flexible MSW is presented in this paper.Then,aimed at kinematics analysis of the MSW sorting mechanism,the position equations,velocity equations and acceleration equations of the MSW sorting mechanism are established based on the closed loop vector method.The virtual prototype of the MSW sorting mechanism is built by using SolidWorks software and ADAMS software.And a simulation experiment is made to verify the practicability of the mechanism.Finally,the simulation results concluded that the MSW sorting mechanism could satisfy the working requirements without exquisite vibration.
