摘要
利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对LS2110型高弹性联轴器橡胶弹性元件在不同工况下生热、传热进行了研究,形成了相应的研究方法。通过该方法得到的计算结果与通过振动试验所得的试验值有较好的一致性,误差最多不超过10%,表明基于此方法所得的温度场能较好地反映橡胶弹性元件工作时的实际情况,且具有较高的精度,通过该方法可较好的辅助高弹性联轴器的结构优化与选型。
The research mainly based on the FEM software ABAQUS to work out a way to simulate the heat generation and heat transfer inside the high flexible rubber element of the flexible coupling.Compared the error between the simulation data and the experiment data,which is no more than 10%,the conclusion that the method is reliable could be draw.Therefore the method could achieve an accurate analysis and help the design optimization and the type selection of such couplings.
