摘要
介绍了一种多功能数字交流伺服控制系统的软硬件设计方案,其控制核心采用数字信号处理器(DSP)及带有短路保护的IGBT逆变桥驱动电路,带有模拟和数字多个输入接口,并阐述了其外围电路和伺服电机控制模块的设计原理。为降低各种工作模式下各过程控制模块之间的耦合,系统软件采用层次式有限状态机(HFSM)构建。通过对该系统在工业缝纫机驱动控制上的应用,表明方案可行且效果良好。
Introduced an hardware scheme and software design of digital AC servo control system.The whole system use DSP as a CPU core and a special IGBT bridge driver with overcurrent protection.It has more digital and analog input and output interfaces.Paper also introduced the CPU's periphery circuit and servo motor control model scheme.For effective reducing the coupling within different process control model in all kinds of working state,the system software took the Hierarchy Finite State Machine(HFSM) structure.Through the application on the industrial sewing machine,it shows that this scheme is feasible and satisfied.
