摘要
从铁道车辆一系垂向液压减振器的基本结构出发,对其内部流场与阻尼特性进行了低速特性仿真研究,利用ANSYS CFX中的流体动网格技术,分析了减振器在不同振动速度下的调节单元动态流场分布,获得了减振器示功图及阻尼特性曲线。诵讨与理论曲线的比较可以看出,仿真结果与理论结果相一致,为减振器结构及参数的优化提供了参考依据。
Based on the structure of the vertical 'damper for the train, the simulation of its internal flow field and damping properties were studied. And the flow field of different velocities in the adjusting valve has been analyzed with ANSYS CFX software. As a result, damping the characteristic curves were obtained by the simulation. By comparing with the theoretical curves,it can be found that the simulation curves coincide with it. And the results can be provided for the optimum design of damper's structure and parameters.
