CuInSe_2纳米晶体的制备研究

摘要 以三乙醇胺为溶剂,通过易于实现的非注入法(noninjection)合成铜铟硒(CuInSe2)纳米晶体。采用SEM、XRD、XPS和EDX分析了所制CuInSe2纳米晶体的组分与结构。结果表明,合成的CuInSe2纳米晶体为类球形,尺寸均匀,具有单一相结构并且接近化学计量比。该纳米晶体的能带隙为(1.03±0.03)eV,对可见光吸收良好,符合光伏应用的要求。 CulnSe2 nanocrystals were prepared by a facile noninjection method with triethanolamine as the solvent. SEM, XRD, XPS, EDX investigations were performed to characterize the component and the structure of asynthesized CulnSe2 nanocrystals. The results show that the synthesized CulnSe2 nanocrystals have sphere-liked single phase structure and uniform sized, the composition of the nanocrystals is close to the stoichiometric ratio. The band gap of the obtained CulnSe2 nanocrystals is (1.03±0.03) eV which matches the requiments of the optical materials for its good absorbition of visible light.
