二氧化钒纳米粒子光学特性及制备方法研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 综述了通过改变VO2纳米结构来改善其光学特性的方法,总结了通过化学气相沉积、脉冲激光沉积、溶胶–凝胶法、水热–高温固相合成和溅射制备VO2纳米粒子的方法及最新成果,以及VO2纳米粒子各种制备方法的优缺点。讨论了纳米结构VO2制备方法的未来发展方向。 The methods of improving the optical properties of VO2 by changing its nanostructure are reviewed. The preparation methods and recent results of VO2 nanoparticles are summed up, including chemical vapor deposition, pulsed laser deposition, sol-gel method, hydrothermal-high temperature solid-phase synthesis and sputtering. The advantage and shortcoming of these preparation methods are also discussed. The future progress on the preparation methods of VO2 nanoparticles is discussed.
