摘要
利用超效率DEA方法对中国30个省(市、自治区)电力产业环境效率进行测算和排序,结果表明:上海、北京、海南、福建4个省市的电力产业环境效率相对较高;考虑目前处理大规模投入产出变量方法上的不足,采用Schmidt规范化正交法对其进行精准的处理,并纳入到超效率DEA模型中;利用聚类分析法对我国电力产业环境效率等级进行了区域性划分,针对不同区域提出了不同的电力产业环境效率提升策略。
In this paper,the super-efficiency DEA method is adopted to measure the environmental efficiency of the power industry in 30 provinces(or municipalities and autonomous regions) in China.The result shows the higher environmental efficiency in Shanghai,Beijing,Hainan and Fujian province.Furthermore,considering the deficient means in dealing with large-scale input and output variables,Schmidt Orthogonal standardization is applied to make a precise processing of the variables and then integrated into the super-efficiency DEA model.Finally,Clustering analysis method is used to make regional division of the environmental efficiency ranks for China′s electricity industry,and the corresponding strategies are put forward to promote the power industry environmental efficiency in different regions.
