摘要
基于解释结构模型分析了电价的影响因素,并构建了该风险系统的阶层结构图以及风险传递链,并将各风险链分类。在此基础上对电价链的传动机制进行了定量研究,量化各种影响因素对电价的综合影响,最终得到各影响因素对销售电价影响程度及其排序,为电价的风险管理与风险防范提供决策依据。
The influencing factors of power price are analyzed based on Interpretative Structural Modeling（ISM） and the layered structure diagram and risk transmission chains are constructed and classified.Thereby,quantitative study is made about the transmission mechanisms of power price chain by quantifying various influences on power price,and formulating the influencing degree and order of the factors,aiming to provide reference for decision-making in electric pricing risk management and prevention.
