摘要
基于国内外智能电网的发展模式,结合我国实际情况,阐述了建立电网智能性评估指标体系的必要性,根据智能电网的发展重点和建设目标,以量化指标为主,从可靠性和电压质量、发展灵活性和协调性、设备利用率和技术装备水平以及经济性和社会效益5个方面建立一个多因子综合评估指标体系的初步框架,以期能够较为客观、全面、系统地评价智能电网的实际发展水平。
Based on the smart grid development patterns home and abroad,particularly the domestic situation,this paper highlights the significance of establishing evaluation index system for smart grid in China.In the light of smart grid development focus and construction objectives,a preliminary framework for smart grid multi-factor comprehensive assessment is formulated,mainly based on quantitative indices.This assessment system,including five indices: reliability and voltage quality,development flexibility and coordination,equipment utilization and technology,as well as economic and social benefits of smart grid,aims to provide objective,comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the smart grid development.
