摘要
阐述了由于新能源并网发电系统出力的间歇性和不确定性等特点,接入电网后将对电网电能质量造成不利影响。利用风电场和光伏发电站的实测电能质量数据,从馈线稳态电压偏差、电压波动和闪变、频率质量以及谐波等方面,系统地分析了新能源发电站对电网电能质量可能产生的影响;结合仿真实例分析了不同穿透比例时新能源发电功率波动引起的电网频率波动,以及电网不对称故障使新能源发电机组产生的附加谐波电流。指出亟需建立新能源并网发电系统量测平台和综合评价体系。
New energy power generation,when connected to power system,will affect the grid power quality because of the intermittence and randomness of output power generated from new energy resources.According to the field measured power quality data in a wind farm and a photovoltaic power plant in China,the power quality impacts from new energy power generation are systematically analyzed in terms of steady-state voltage deviation of distribution feeder,voltage fluctuation and flicker,frequency quality and harmonic.The frequency fluctuation of small scale regional grid in different penetration rates of new energy power capacity and the harmonic current caused by asymmetric fault in grid are studied with examples and simulations.There is an urgent need to establish the measurement platform and comprehensive evaluation system for the new energy power generation system.
