摘要
高压直流输电接地极腐蚀日益受到关注,采用高耐蚀性接地极材料是腐蚀防护的重要途径之一。阐述了直流输电接地极腐蚀的原理、接地极材料的种类、性能特点及其应用现状,论述了允许电流密度大、消耗率小及成本低的铁氧体材料作为环保耐蚀型直流接地极材料的可行性,并对铁氧体直流接地极材料的制备工艺及其应用发展趋势进行了展望。
Ground electrode corrosion in HVDC transmission system has become a problem with increasing concern.One important solution is to apply the highly corrosion-resistant materials.This paper expounds the corrosion mechanism of DC ground electrode,as well as the types,properties and applications of ground electrode materials.It also analyzes the feasibility to use ferrite,with high current density,low consumption rate and low cost,as ground electrode materials in HVDC transmission system.Finally,the processing technique and application development of ferrite as DC ground electrode materials are prospected.
