摘要
对某500 kV变压器TPU绕组钎焊接头过热、断线的原因进行了分析,指出产品制造质量、控制检验以及钎焊温度、钎缝间隙和感应频率等工艺环节的不足,提出质量改进和对同批次、同型号产品的监督检验建议。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the overheating and breaking of a 500kV transformer′s TPU winding brazing joints,and points out the defects in such processes as product quality,control and inspection,as well as the brazing temperature,brazing gap and induction frequency.Finally,it is recommended to improve quality and inspect products of the same batch and same types.
