新时期我国腐败现象出现一些新情况:以权谋私、贿赂变得普遍且形式多样、集体腐败现象逐渐增多、出现了跨国腐败和腐败分子境外潜逃等新形式,凡此种种给党、国家和人民带来极大的危害。通过研究新时期我国腐败新特点和产生的原因,探索新时期反腐倡廉建设的新路径,对我国建设社会主义和谐社会和新时期风清气正的政治生态具有重大现实意义。
