旅沪苍山菜商在城市社区参与中遭受着经济、政治、文化、教育等多方面的社会排斥。这种排斥源于城乡分割的二元体制下派生的户籍制度、社会保障制度、教育制度等制度性的安排。在社区参与的研究语境中,苍山菜商内部不同群体在社区参与的过程中存在差异性,大部分苍山菜商在城市处于一种"边缘化"的状态,难以融入城市社区,这将会带来一系列消极的社会影响。所以,要解决苍山菜商社区参与问题,必须构建政府长效管理体系等系列举措。

Vegetable traders of Cangshan in the city community participation in Shanghai are suffering from economic, political,cultural,education and other aspects of social exclusion.This rejection from division of the dual urban-rural derived under thesystem of the household registration system, social security system,and the education system of the institutional arrangement.In the context of community participation in research,differences in the community participation have been found exist in different groups of the vegetable traders of Cangshan.Most of them are in a state of “edge”.They are difficult to melt into the city community.This will lead to a series of negative social influence.Therefore,to solve the problem of the community participation about the vegetable traders of Cangshan,the long-term management system has to be established by the government.
