摘要
近年来,我国的公务员培训受到极大重视,与此相关的政策法规相继出台,取得了极为丰硕的成果。但公务员培训的激励制度尚需完善。以我国现阶段的公务员培训的内在激励为探索和研究的中心点,尝试通过徳西与莱恩的认知评价理论进行相关分析。力求为我国公务员培训激励制度的进一步完善提供政策参考与智力支持。
These years,great attention has been paid to the training for China's public servant.The related policies and regulations have been made,and great achievements have been gained.In the mean while,the motivation system of public servant training is still on perfecting.This paper starts from the situation of public servant training nowadays,and tries to probe into the motivation problems of the public servant training in China through the cognitive evaluation theory of Deci and Ryan.Then it tries to provide policy-making reference and intelligent support for the policy's development and perfection of the public servant training motivation in China.
