摘要
在社会主义市场经济条件下,现代出版物显现出商品性、部分商品性、非商品性三种不同属性。与此相适应,编辑出版行业也呈现出事业性、部分事业性、非事业型(企业性)三种不同性质。在文化体制改革过程中应区别不同情况,分别对待。
Under the socialist economy,the modern publication shows different qualities including:commercial quality,partly commercial quality and noncommercial quality.Also the editing and publishing show different qualities including:public institution,partly public institution and none public institution(enterprising).So the structural reform in the culture system should be done in different ways and be treated differently.
