摘要
目的研究山地五月茶挥发油的化学成分。方法用同时蒸馏萃取法(HD)提取了山地五月茶的挥发油,利用GC-MS联用技术对其化学成分进行了分离鉴定,用面积归一化法计算出各组分的相对含量。结果共鉴定出16个化合物。山地五月茶挥发油的主要成分为十六烷酸、(E)-9-十八烯酸和亚油酸,其相对含量分别为34.73%、13.26%和10.73%。结论山地五月茶挥发油具有一定的药用价值和开发前景。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of essential oil from Antidesma montanum. Methods The essential oil was extracted by hydrodistillation(HD).The chemical constituents of essential oil were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results Sixteen compounds were identified in the essential oil extracted by hydrodistillation by GC-MS.The major components of essential oil were found to be n-hexadecanoic acid(34.73%)、9-octadecenoic acid,(E)-(13.26%)、9,12-octadecadienoic acid,(Z,Z)-(10.73%). Conclusion There is pharmaceutical value for the essential oil extracted from Antidesma montanum,and it is helpful for further research.
