运用蛋白质组学研究子宫内膜异位症中医证候的探讨 被引量：4

摘要 子宫内膜异位症的蛋白质组学研究已取得了初步成果,筛选患者差异表达的蛋白质作为分子标志物,可了解其发病机制,协助诊断和治疗。中医证候蛋白组学在以蛋白质组学阐释中医证实质、筛选特异性诊断标志物等方面作了积极有益的探索。子宫内膜异位症的证候蛋白组学研究具有可行性和重要意义。 The proteomics research of endometriosis has made advances in resent years,it can help us to comprehend the pathogenesis,make diagnosis and treatment.TCM syndrome proteomics also benefit to reveal the essence of syndrome,select special diagnostic marker.It＇s practicable and important to study the syndrome of endometriosis by proteomics.
