摘要
目的基于汶川大地震四点启示,新创了斗鸡摸拟地震实验,拟定量分析惊与恐的气机变化。方法将四川斗鸡,人工剧烈地上下震动(惊为中心),机械持续地左右震动(恐为中心)。计量观察斗鸡惊与恐的3种神情行为活动状况和3种生理变化指标。结果在纵震为惊、横震为恐的摸拟地震与常态比较中,发现斗鸡在神情、体态、呼吸、心率和泄殖腔温度等方面存在一定的统计学差异。结论文章对"惊则气乱"与"恐则气下"的定量分析做了创新性的尝试,分析了惊急、恐缓生理强度的差异,并前瞻性对恐惧基因进行深入研究。
Objective To quantitativly analyze the ＂terror disordering qi＂ and ＂fear collapsing qi＂ by experiment of earthquake with cock according to enlightenment about wenchuan earthquake. Methods The cock rearing in sichuan are be artificial vigorously vibrated from upper to down, then be shaked from right to left by shaker. To calculate the appearance, behavior, index of physiology, etc about terror and fear of cock. Results There is distinguished difference about expression, posture, breathe, heart rate and temperature of cloacal ect of cock by comparing earthquake to ordinary state. Conclusion The quantitative analysis about ＂terror diaordering qi＂ and ＂fear collapsing qi＂ is brought new ideas. It tried to compare the diferrence of ＂terror＂ to＂ fear＂ in physiology, and it is prospected to study gene related ＂terror＂ and ＂fear＂ in the future.
