中西医结合治疗慢性肺原性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效观察

Therapeutic efficacy of combined use of TCM and WM therapy on the heart failure induced with chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的 观察以通心络胶囊为主的中西医结合疗法对肺原性心脏病 (肺心病 )心力衰竭 (心衰 )急性期的疗效。方法 将肺心病心衰急性发作期患者 64例分成 2组 ,中西医结合组 (治疗组 )在西医综合治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊口服 ,每次 3粒 ,每日 3次 ;对照组采用西医综合疗法。结果 治疗组、对照组的显效率分别为 82 .4%、60 .0 % ,总有效率分别为 94.1 %、90 .0 % ,显效时间分别为 ( 5.2± 2 .6)日、( 8.1± 2 .4)日。其中显效率、显效时间 2组比较均有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5和 P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,总有效率无差异。结论 以通心络胶囊为主的中西医结合疗法用于肺心病心衰急性期治疗 ,可改善心、肺功能 ,协同增效 ,缩短病程 ,无明显毒。

Objective To evaluate the effect of combined use of TCM and WM therapy on the acute phase of the heart failure induced with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods Sixty four patients suffering from the acute onset of the heart failure induced with chronic pulmonary heart disease,were randomly divided into two groups: in control group (n=30) the Western combination treatment was taken ; in treated group (n=34) the Western combination treatment was combined with orally taking Tongxinluo Capsule 3 pills once three times a day in 5 15 d .Results The obvious effective rate (82.4%) was significantly higher and onset time was markedly shorter in treated group than those in control group(P<0.05 or 0.01), without the significant difference in the total effective rate between both groups(P>0.05). Conclusions The combination of TCM and WM above can increase the treatment outcome of the heart failure induced with chronic pulmonary heart disease.
