摘要
目的探讨腹部外科手术后肠内营养支持的效果及临床意义。方法总结我院2006年1月至2010年11月行腹部外科手术的80例患者资料,随机分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例)。对照组术后常规处理;研究组术后24-48h开始肠内营养支持,共7d。结果研究组除1例因腹胀明显不耐受,余均按计划完成治疗。胃肠功能恢复快(P〈O.01),术后营养状况和细胞免疫功能明显改善。痊愈出院。结论腹部中、大手术后24-48h行肠内营养,患者的胃肠功能恢复快,营养状况和免疫功能得到改善。
Objective To evaluate the effect and clinical significance of enteral nutrition in patients with abdominal surgery. Meth- ods A retrospective study was done on data of 80 cases with abdominal surgery from January 2006 to November 2010, who were random- ized into 2 groups, ie, experimental group (EN group, n=40) and control group (n=40). The EN group were given nutrition support for 7 days at 24 48 hours after operation. The control group were treated with conventional methods. Results There was one case with intoler- ance of obvious abdominal distension in the EN group. The EN group showed a much faster recovery of gastrointestinal function as com- pared with the control group (P〈0.01). In addition, the results showed that nutrition status and cellular immune function were ameliorated markedly in the EN group. Conclusion Enteral nutrition 24 48 hours after major abdominal surgery can promote recovery of gastroin- testinal function, ameliorate nutrition status and immune function.
