摘要
目的观察微创穿刺引流治疗高血压脑出血破人脑室患者的治疗效果。方法采用血肿穿刺引流加侧脑室穿刺引流治疗47例脑出血破人脑室患者，术后用尿激酶溶血冲洗。结果显著进步29例，进步8例，总有效率为78．7％。结论微创穿刺引流治疗高血压脑出血破人脑室患者的治疗效果较好、方法简单、实用。
Objective To observe the effects of the minimally invasive surgery to treat the cerebral hemorrhage broken into ventricles of brain. Methods 47 cases of cerebral hemorrhage broken into ventricles of brain were treated by the hematoma plus lateral ventricle puncturing and draining the hematoma, and the urokinase was used after operation. Results The treatment of 29 cases had notable progress,8 cases had progress .Total effective rate was 78.7%.Conclusion The methods used in this study are simple, practical and have satisfied effects.
