摘要 目的:探讨应用AO经皮微创内固定系统LISS钢板治疗胫骨近端骨折的短期疗效。方法:AO微创内固定系统LISS钢板治疗胫骨近端骨折18例。骨折按AO分型,Cl型5例,c2型11例,C3型2例。均应用胫骨LISS钢板内固定治疗。结果:全部病例均获得随访,时间4-16个月,平均10个月。切口均一期愈合,术后x线片复查示骨折对位对线良好,外观无明显畸形,膝踝关节功能正常。术后患者未出现感染及小腿筋膜间隙综合征。结论:AO经皮微创内固定系统LISS钢板治疗胫骨近端复杂性骨折肢体功能恢复较好,是一种有效的治疗方法。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of less invasive stabilization system (LISS) for the treatment of complx proximal tibia fractures. Methods: Eighteen patients with proximal tibia fractures (type C1,C2 and C3 of AO classification) were treated with LISS for in-fixation. The characteristics and advantages of LISS and the functions of the knee were evaluated. Results: The period of following up was 4 to sixteen months.All fractures were healed without any complications. Conclusion: The tibia LISS worked well at angle stabilization and antipull out in the treatment of the complex proximal tibia fractures with a good protection on the soft tissue and blood supply, especially in patients with osteooorosis.
