血管内皮生长因子在分化型甲状腺癌术后患者血清中表达的临床意义 被引量:5

Vascular endothelial growth factor in patients after thyroidectomy for differentiated thyroid carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在分化型甲状腺癌术后患者血清中的表达及其与血清甲状腺球蛋白浓度之间的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测分化型甲状腺癌术后肺转移20例、局部复发24例,未复发35例及对照组30例正常人群血清VEGF(sVEGF)的表达水平及化学发光法检测血清甲状腺球蛋白浓度。结果肺转移组sVEGF明显高于局部复发组、未复发组及对照组,局部复发组sVEGF明显高于未复发组及对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),未复发组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),甲状腺癌术后患者血清甲状腺球蛋白浓度与sVEGF表达成正相关(P〈0.001)。结论VEGF在分化型甲状腺癌术后局部复发及肺转移患者血清中高表达,可作为评估分化型甲状腺癌生物学行为的一项重要指标。 Objective To evaluate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients after thyroidectomy for differentiated thyroid carcinoma and to analyze the relationship between VEGF and serum thyroglobulin level. Methods The serum samples were obtained from 20 patients with pulmonary metastasis, 24 with locoregional recurrence ,35 without recurrence and 30 normal subjects as contral. The levels of serum VEGF(sVEGF) and serum thyroglobulin were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and chemiluminescence method. Results sVEGF was significantly higher in patients with pulmonary metastasis than in patients with locoregional recurrence, without recurrence and normal subjects, sVEGF was significantly higher in patients with loeoregional recurrence than in patients without recurrence and normal subjects(P 〈0.05 ) while there was no significant difference of sVEGF level between patients without recurrence and normal subjects ( P 〉 O. 05 ). It showed a positive correlation between sVEGF and thyroglobulin levels in patients after thyroideetomy for differentiated thyroid carcinoma( P 〈 O. 001 ). Conclusion sVEGF level is significantly elevated in patients with locoregional recurrence and pulmonary metastasis, which is an important indicator to reveal the biological behaviors of differentiated thyroid cancer.
