摘要
以邻联甲苯胺去除率为考察指标,采用正交法研究了二氧化氯对邻联甲苯胺模拟废水的氧化处理。确定了最优化工艺条件为:水温25℃、二氧化氯与邻联甲苯胺的化学计量比4∶1、pH值7.0,反应时间控制在70min左右,。结果表明,二氧化氯氧化法去除废水中邻联甲苯胺污染物是可行的,o-TD去除率超过92%。
With the removal ratio of 3, 3'-dimethylbenzidine as criteria, 3, 3'-dimethyi- benzidine oxidation efficiency by chlorine dioxide in simulation wastewater was studied in this experiment, designed by means of orthogonal method. The optimal process parameters were as follows, water temperature 25℃, stoichiometric ratio of ClO2/o-TD 4 : 1, pH 7.0 and reaction time 70rain. The Results showed technological feasibility of chlorine dioxide oxidation on 3,31-dimethylbenzidine treatment were proved, because the removal ratio of 3, 3'-dimethylbenzidine was more than 92%.
