微脂球前列地尔对冠心病患者造影剂肾病及血液流变性的影响

Effects of Lipo-PGE1 on Prophylaxis of Radiocontrast-induced Nephropathy and Hemorrheology in Patients. with Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察微脂球前列地尔（Lipo-PGEI）对冠心病患者造影剂肾病及血液流变性的影响。方法58例行冠脉介入（PCI）治疗的冠心病患者随机分为对照组（n=29）和实验组（n=29），对照组给予常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上给予Lipo-PGEl注射液10μg静脉滴注．每天2次．疗程7d；观察两组肾功能及血液流变性变化。结果PCI术后对照组肾功能各指标明显高于实验组（P〈0．05），对照组和实验组造影剂肾病的发生率分别为44．8％和13．8％（P〈0．01）；与对照组比较，实验组经Ljp0．PGEl治疗后血液流变学指标明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论微脂球前列地尔可以改善冠心病患者PCI术后血液流变学指标，减少造影剂对肾功能的损害。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Lipo-PGEI on prophylaxis of radiocontrast-induced nephropathy and hemorrheology in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 58 patients with CHD and impaired renal function,who were treated by PCI were included in our study.The patients were randomly divided into routine groups（n=29） and test groups（n=29,Lipo-PGE, 10 ix g, ivgtt）for 7 days immediately after they received PCI treatment.Those serum creatinine（Cr）,blood ureanitrogen（BUN） and hemorrheologic indexes were observed in the two groups before and after the PCI.The incidence of contrast-induced nephropathy（CIN） was used to evaluate the renal insufficiency.Results After PCI,the Cr, BUN in the control group were significantly higher than those before PCI and those in the test group after PCI（P 〈 0.05）;there were no significant differences in the test group before and after PCI.CIN was found in 13.8% patients after the procedures,and 44.8% of them were in the control group,which was significantly higher than those in the test group（P 〈 0.01）;The hemorrheologic ＇indexes in test group were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）,as compared with those in the control group.Conclusion The Lipo-PGE1 can improve the hemorrheologic characteristics and microcirculation and better the contrast-induced neohropathy in patients with impaired renal function.
