摘要 目的评价迪瑞FUS.200全自动尿沉渣分析仪的性能及临床应用价值。方法对FUS-200的精密度、线性、携带污染率等指标进行了评价,并用FastRead10尿沉渣定量分析板(简称FastRead10板)对红细胞、白细胞的检测进行比对分析,检测FUS.200自动混匀能力。结果低、中、高值尿液标本中批内精密度(CV):红细胞分别为10.21%、5.18%、1.97%,白细胞分别为6.21%、2.35%、1.77%。FUS-200检测值与理论值具有良好的线性关系(红细胞:Y=1.005X+397.280,r=0.994;白细胞:Y=1.018X+133.458,r=0.992)。红细胞、白细胞携带污染率分别为0.05%.0.22%、0。0.15%。FUS.200和FastReadl0板手工镜检两种方法对低、中、高值3个量级的红细胞、白细胞的检测结果之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。即刻、放置lh、2h的尿液与放置1h、2h后加人工辅助混匀的尿液中红细胞、白细胞的计数结果差异无统计学意义(P〉O.05)。结论FUS-200性能优良,自动化程度高,可用于临床尿沉渣的定量分析。 Objective, To evaluate the function and clinicat application of FUS-200 automatic urine sediment analyzer. Methods We evaluated the performance of FUS-200 automatic urine sediment analyzer by precision, linearity, carry0ver contamination rate and other indicators.The RBCs and WBCs were determined by FUS-200 and manual counting with Fast Read10 counting board and the results were analyzed comparatively, as well as analyzer for different storage time whether auxiliary mixed urine samples for comparative analysis.Results For high, intermediate and low concentration of urinary samples,the coefficient of variation(CV) values of RBCs and WBCs were 10.21%,5.18%, 1.97% and 6.21%,2.35%, 1.77%.A good linearity was found between the detected value and theoretical value (RBC:Y=1.005X+397.280,r=0.994;WBC:Y=1.018X+133.458,r=0.992).The carryover contamination rate of RBCs as detected by the analyzer were 0.05% - 0.22%,and that of WBCs 0 - 0.15%.The results of urine samples between the analyzer .and manual counting had no statistical differences(P 〉 0.05)and no significant difference was found between unmixed and well-mixed artificially for different storage time(P 〉 0.05).Conclusion FUS-200 automatic urine sediment analyzer has satisfactory performance and the analyzer are suitable for clinical application.
