MRI of Rathke＇s Cleft Cysts

目的分析Rathke囊肿（Rathke’Scleftcyst）的MRI影像学特点。方法回顾性分析18例经手术和病理证实的拉特克囊肿病例。其中男性9例，女性9例，21-75岁，平均年龄41.8岁。所有病例均行MRI平扫及增强扫描，平扫采用快速自旋回波序列FSETIWI和T2WI；增强扫描采用静脉注射Gd-DTPA后TI加权。分析囊肿的位置、信号特点、增强表现。结果（1）囊肿位置：鞍内者12例，鞍内向鞍上生长者6例。（2）囊肿信号特点：5种MRI信号类型。（3）大部分病例无强化，少数呈囊肿周边环状或线样强化。结论MRI对Rathke囊肿的诊断有重要价值。

Objective To analyze the MRI characteristics of Rathke＇s cleft cysts.Methods MRI characteristics of eighteen ＇cases with Rathke＇s cleft cyst proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Of all cases,nine patients were male,nine female,with the age range from twenty one to seventy five,and the average age of 41.8.All patients were performed with conventional MRI （FSE,TIWI and T2WI） and contrast-enhanced MRI（after the administration of Gd-DTPA,T1WI）.Rcsults 1.The position of the Rathke＇s cleft cyst：twelve lesions in the pituitary sellar, six in the suprasellar area.2.MRI signal intensity of Rathke＇s cleft cysts：there are five different MR signal intensity types.3.The findings of post-contrast scan：most cases have no significant enhancement,while few cases have peripheral enhancement of the cyst.Conclusion MRI in the diagnosing of Rathke＇s cleft cysts has an important value.
