右美托咪定在局麻下活组织检查中的应用

APPLICATION OF DEXMEDETOMIDINE IN LOCAL ANESTHESIA PATIENTS UNDERGOING BIOPSY SURGERY

目的观察右美托咪定在活组织检查手术中的临床效果。方法 40例行活组织检查手术患者随机分成2组(右美托咪定组和对照组),每组20例。监测血压、心率、脉搏血氧饱和度,观察镇静镇痛评分、呻吟、呼吸抑制、口干、不良记忆的发生率,并记录局麻药的使用情况。结果右美托咪定组患者生命体征平稳,镇静镇痛良好,不良反应及局麻药的使用量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定可安全用于局麻下活组织检查手术中的辅助镇痛、镇静。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of dexmedetomidine in local anesthesia patients undergoing biopsy surgery. Methods Forty patients undergoing biopsy surgery were randomly assigned to dexmedetomidine group （ n = 20 ） and control group （ n = 20）. Blood pressure, heart rate and pulse oxygen saturation in both groups were observed. Sedation and analgesia score, groan, respiratory depression, dry mouth, the incidence of bad memories and dose of local anesthetics were recorded. Results Intraoperative vital signs were stable and sedation and analgesia were good in dexmedetomidine group. Compared with control group, the adverse reactions and dose of local anesthetics were less in the dexmedetomidine group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can be used in local anesthesia undergoing biopsy surgery safely for sedation and analzesia.
