摘要
目的观察拔罐加电针治疗菱形肌损伤的疗效。方法将80例菱形肌损伤患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例,行拔罐结合电针法治疗;对照组40例,用活血、消炎镇痛药物内服及消炎镇痛膏外用涂抹治疗,2组均治疗15d,比较2组疗效。结果治疗组40例中治愈19例,显效10例,好转10例,无效1例,总有效率97.5%;对照组40例中治愈8例,显效8例,好转4例,无效20例,总有效率50%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用中医传统疗法拔罐加电针治疗菱形肌损伤疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of cupping plus electroacupuncture in treating rhomboideus injury. Methods Eighty patients were divided into treating group and control group randomly with 40 cases in each group. Treating group was treated with cupping plus electroacupuncture, whereas the control group was treated with activating blood circulation, anti- inflammatory and analgesics. Both of the groups were treated 15 days. The curative effect Was compared. Results Nineteen cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were improved and 1 case was ineffective in treating group,whereas ,8 cases were cured ,8 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were improved and 20 cases were ineffective in control group. The total effective rate were 97.5% and 50% recpectively. The curative effect of treating group was significantly better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of cupping plus electroacupuncture is notable in treating rhomboideus injury.
