基于无速度的无轴承异步电机SVM-DTC系统

摘要 针对无轴承异步电机无速度传感器运行的需要,在SVM-DTC系统的基础上,采用以无功率作为参考量的模型参考自适应对速度进行辨识,消除以往的纯积分和定子电阻的影响,使整个系统不受定子电阻的影响。仿真实验表明,以无功率为参考量的模型参考自适应系统,能在大负载扰动下实现无轴承异步电机无速度传感技术的稳定悬浮运行,且辨识速度的精度较高,系统动静态性能好。 Aiming at the operation need of bearingless induction motor speed sensorless , the model reference adaptive method which takes no power as reference is used to identify speed on the basis of SVM-DTC.The method eliminates pure integration and stator resistance influences making the whole system from the stator resistance. Simulation results show that, with no power for reference, model reference adaptive system can realize the stability of the suspension operation for speed sensorless of the bearingless induction motor under the condition of heavy load disturbance, speed recognition is high accuracy, system dynamic and static performance is good.
