摘要
目的:采用HPLC法分离测定8种产地白及中2,7-二羟基-4-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(以下简称Sub A)和2,4-二甲氧基-3,7-二羟基菲(以下简称Sub B)的含量,并加以比较。方法:样品以甲醇提取,提取物加水溶解后用醋酸乙酯萃取,萃取液进行高效液相色谱法分析。色谱柱:Nova-Pak C_(18)柱(200 mm×4.0 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水(22:15:63),流速:1.2 ml·min^(-1),检测波长:270 nm。结果:8种产地白及中Sub A和Sub B的平均含量分别为0.036%、0.011%,其中河南产白及含量最高,分别为0.076%、0.030%;吉林产白及含量最低,分别为0.011%、0.006%。结论:各产地白及的菲类含量相差较大。
Objective: To separate, detect and compare the two phenantheres, namely 2,7-dihydr-oxy-4-meth-oxy-9,10-dihydro- phenanthrene (Sub A)and 2,4-dimethoxy-3,7-dihydroxyphenanthrene (Sub B) in Bletilla Striata from 8 different habitats by HPLC. Method: The chromatographic conditions were as the follows : Waters Nova-Pak C18 column ( 200 mm × 4.0 mm, 5 μm) , the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-water (22:15:63 ), detection wavelength of 270 nm and the flow rate of 1.2 ml. min-l. Result: The av- erage content of Sub A and Sub B of Bletilla Striata was 0. 036% and 0. 011% with the highest of 0. 076% and 0. 030% from Henan province, and the lowest of 0. 011% and 0. 006% from Jilin province, respectively. Conclusion: The contents of phenanthrenes of Bletilla Striata from different habitats were apparently different.
