双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童和青少年肠易激综合征的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets(live) in Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome in Children and Adolescents

目的:探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童和青少年肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:65例符合罗马Ⅲ标准的青少年肠易激综合征患者,年龄6～18岁,随机分为观察组34例,对照组31例。对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服双歧杆菌四联活菌片,6～8岁0.5 g,tid;8～12岁1.0 g,tid;12岁以上1.5 g,tid。两组疗程均为4周。结果:观察组总有效率97%,对照组总有效率81%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组单项症状改善亦优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童和青少年肠易激综合征有肯定疗效。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets （live） in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） in children and adolescents. Method： According to the standard of IBS Rome 111, sixty-five cases with the age of six to eighteen were randomly divided into two groups, namely the treatment group （34） and the control group （ 31 ）. The control group was with symptomatic treatment, and the treatment group was given bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets （live） combined with symptom- atic treatment. The 6-8 years old was given 1 piece, po, tid, the 8-12 years old was with 2 pieces, tid, and the 12 years old and over with 3 pieces, tid. The treatment period was four weeks. Result： The total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group was 97% and 81% ,respectively,showing significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. The former showed improved effect on the single symptom than the latter as well. Conclusion： The clinical effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets （live） on the IBS in children and adolescents is affirmed.
