一个比较完整的课堂观察活动分为课前会议、课中观察和课后会议三个环节。文章通过列举实例详细介绍了课前会议应该做哪些准备，如何选择观察点；课中观察时应注意哪些问题、如何记录和统计分析；课后会议时如何把观察记录梳理归类及撰写课堂观察报告。作者认为，课堂观察可以有效提高听课、评课效率，但必须关注教学目标、教学情境和教学效果。

A classroom observation activity includes three parts. The paper introduces them in detail, for example, in the first part, what preparations the teachers should make, how to choose the viewpoints; in the second part, what they should pay attention to, how to make notes; in the last part, how to organize the observation notes, and write reports and so on. In order to elaborating this, the paper gives some examples. The classroom observation can improve the classroom efficiency, promote teachers＇ development.
