分化抑制因子在神经系统肿瘤中的调控作用

摘要 分化抑制因子(inhibitor of DNA binding and/or differentiation,Id)是1990年Roben Benezra等人首先从鼠红白血病(murineerythroleukemia,MEL)细胞cDNA文库中克隆出来的一种基因,其表达产物Id蛋白属于螺旋.环一螺旋(helix—loop—helix,HLH)转录因子家族成员。
