摘要
住院药房是医院药学部门的重要组成部分，是面对医护人员、体现医院医疗水平的一个窗口，应加强住院药房的管理，提高药学服务水平。本文通过分析住院药房管理工作的重点．从人员管理、药品质量、服务质量、临床服务、目标管理等方面总结在医院住院药房工作的实践经验，提出管理建议。
Inpatient pharmacy, key component of pharmacy department, is a window to display the medical service in a hospital. Management should be strengthened and pharmaceutical care needs improving at an inpatient pharmacy. Practical experiences are summarized and management suggestions are given through analyzing personnel management, drug quality, pharmaceutical care and management by objective.
