神华集团实施循环经济产业化的发展路径分析

Development Path Analysis on the Industrialization of Circular Economy for Shenhua Group

本文运用案例研究方法,以神华集团为研究对象,指出以企业集团为载体推动循环经济产业化发展是继以单个企业为载体的清洁生产路径,以多个彼此产权独立企业为载体的工业生态园、绿色供应链等路径之后,中国循环经济产业化发展的又一条新路径。企业集团是中国实施循环经济产业化发展的较好载体,首先通过企业集团的产权关系纽带可以建立稳定的循环经济产业链;其次通过集团不同成员企业之间的有效产权可以实施价格转移,克服循环经济本身所固有的正外部性;最后在企业集团内部建立技术平台化、实施规模化发展、产融结合资本运作可以克服循环经济的高技术进入壁垒和高资金进入壁垒。

The research takes Shenhua Group as an example and uses case study method. It points out that enterprise group is another important development path to promote the industrialization of circular economy, following other paths such as clean production, industrial ecology park, and green supply chain. Enterprise goup is a better carrier to promote China＇s implementation of circular economy. First, the ownership relationship link within enterprise group members can create a stable chain of circular economy~ second, the different members of enterprise group can transfer pricing through the effective implementation of property rights in order to overcome circular eco- nomics ~ inherent positive externalities~ finally, by establishing a technology platform, implementing large-scale development and combining capital operation with high-tech, enterprise group can overcome entry barriers and high capital barriers to circular economy.
