乙二醇钾合成工艺的研究

摘要 研究了以乙二醇和氢氧化钾为原料,采用有机芳烃溶剂作带水剂和反应溶剂,常压合成乙二醇钾。考察反应物物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间和溶剂用量等因素的影响。适宜的合成工艺条件为:乙二醇与氢氧化钾物质的量比(1.3~1.5):1,反应温度(100~160)℃,反应时间3 h,乙二醇转化率达85.11%。 Using ethylene glycol and potassium hydroxide as the raw materials, and organic aromatics as the reaction solvent and the water-carrying agent, the synthesis technology of ethlyene glycol potassium under normal pressure was studied. The influencing factors such as the molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature, reaction time, the solvent dosage were investigated. The optimum condition of synthesis technology were as follows : the molar ratio of ethylene glycol to potassium hydroxide ( 1.3 - 1.5 ) : 1, reaction temperature (100-160)℃ ,reaction time 3 h. Ethylene glycol conversion of 85.11% was attained.
