摘要
探讨了运动对高脂饮食诱导的肥胖Wistar大鼠胰岛素敏感性和甘油三酯脂酶mRNA、脂联素mRNA表达的影响。随机将大鼠分为3组:高脂饮食喂养加运动组(简称运动组)、高脂饮食喂养组(简称高脂组)和标准饮食对照组(简称对照组)。以RT-PGR法半定量测定脂肪组织部分甘油三酯脂酶mRNA、脂联素mRNA的表达同时检测血游离脂肪酸(FFA)、甘油三酯(TG),并用稳态模式评估法(HOMA)评价胰岛素抵抗(IR)指数,实验结果显示,有氧运动具有改善高脂饮食诱导的脂质异常、提高胰岛素敏感性以及调节脂肪因子表达的作用。
This article has explored the effect of aerobic exercise on the insulin sensitivity,adipokines expression mRNA and adiponectin mRNA in high-fat diet fed Wistar rats.Rats were randomized into three groups: aerobic exercise group,fed with high fat diet group,and control group.The lipid adipokines expression mRNA and adiponectin mRNA and the free fatty acid(FFA),triglycerid(TG) were detected by semi-quantity RT-PGR.Homeostasis model assessment was used to evaluate the insulin resistance(IR) index.The result indicates that aerobic exercise may reverse high-fat diet induced lipid abnormalities,improve insulin sensitivity,and regulate the expression of adiponectin's mRNA.
