摘要
后危机时代,弱势群体的规模持续扩大、就业质量进一步下滑。女职工素质提升面临性别歧视壁垒,移民工素质提升困难重重,非正规就业人员素质提升陷入困境,而低工资就业趋势使弱势群体素质提升雪上加霜。弱势群体的素质提升陷入困境,已经成为全球共同面对的一个难题。
In the age of post-crisis,the scale of disadvantaged groups is increasingly expanding,and their employment quality declines.Female employees are facing with gender discrimination.It is difficult to improve the quality of migrant workers and informal employees due to the trend of employment with low wages.How to improve the quality of disadvantaged groups has become a common hard problem in the world.
