多稀磷脂酰胆碱治疗酒精性脂肪肝72例疗效观察

72 cases Observation of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine(Essentiale N)in the Treatment of Alcoholic Fatty Liver

目的:评价多稀磷脂酰胆碱(易善复)治疗酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:把72例患者随机分成使用多稀磷脂酰胆碱组和护肝片组分别进行治疗。结果:治疗组患者在改善腹部、肝区不适症状、恢复肝功及B超显示方面均比对照组有显著性改善。结论:使用多稀磷脂酰胆碱治疗酒精性脂肪肝有明显疗效。

Objective： To evaluation on Polyene phosphatidylcholine （Essentiale N）in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver. Method： 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the Polyene phosphatidylcholine and the Liver - aid Tablet. Results： The treated groups in the improvement discomfort feeling of the abdomen and the liver, restore liver function, and the B - side than the control group show significant improvement. Conclusion： In the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver , the Polyene phosphatidylcholine have significant effect.
